Howdy all!  Well,  the news constantly seems to be changing about the foreclosure market.  The pipeline freezes for a while then we see more inventory released.  I’m glad that we aren’t having a huge flood in the market distroying regular resales even more.  Take a look at a little video here:  http://youtu.be/fMhRuUrKvkE  As our market recovers, we will have a few years of dealing with the REO inventory.  Hopefully, buyers will realize now is a great time to buy.

Selling in a Tough market in Colorado Springs

Hi everyone.  I know this market is a tough one.  How can you compete with short sales and foreclosures?  Exposure, and a large number of showings is the only chance you have.  The internet is the best place to start.  Chosing an agent that uses QR codes, SMS services, call capture, single property web sites etc. is the best way.  I also take videos of your property and post to Craigs list and social media.  Times have changed.  The market is looking better so far this year.  Time to consider a move.  Call or email me and I’ll do a complete market analysis for you.

Great idea?  Maybe, maybe not.  Condition and true market value are issues that need to be addressed up-front by your agent, hopefully me.  Let me prepare a real analysis, look at your individual monetary situation and help you determine if it is the right purchase for you.
